  • I only accept Paypal payment. Bank Transfer only for Polish customers

  • Full payment is required for me to start working on the commission

  • I accept payment plans only for my adoptions and not for commissions.

  • I do no refunds! You will get full refund only when I'll personally cancel the commission.

Payment

This section if created for people ordering either custom design, redesign or byuing adoption from me.

  • After fully purchasing the design you have a right to customize, change and use it in any way you want, as long as your actions respect the rules written in my TOS

  • You must always credit me as an original designer, even after changing the design yourself

  • You have no right to make an open, semi-open or closed species out of character you purchased

  • You cannot sell the design for higher price than you bought it for, unless it has at least one piece of original artwork that you purchased (free art, gift art etc. are not increasing the character value).

Designs

  • By ordering commission or buying adoption from me you automatically agree on all my TOS

  • Customer is purchasing only digital painting (not the physical print or programme file)

  • I reserve all right to commissioned artwork and may use it in profit or non-profit way

  • Any artwork purchased from me may not be used for commercial purposes by anyone (prints, merch, any material or digital form, you get the idea). For now, it is impossible to buy commercial rights for my artwork, sorry.

  • I will provide buyer with so called "wips" (work in progress images) when I'll start working on the piece.

  • Buyer must inform me when some mistakes in my artwork are spotted and tell me right away. I will make no changes to the artwork once it is fully finished. I will make some fixes only if the mistake was my own fault.

  • I have a right to charge extra if buyer's character or piece itself is more complicated and detailed

  • Customer may use artwork for personal purposes only

  • When my artwork is being reposted in any social media, a proper credit is required

  • Buyer has a right to ask me to keep the commissioned artwork private for certain amount of time or forever (for example: when artwork is supposed to be a gift or theme is very personal for the commissioner).

  • Customer is NOT allowed to copy/trace/recolor the artwork, sell it for profit or remove my watermark from it.
